My mission is to empower founders to reach their full potential by setting them up for success. Through Paramo Ventures, I offer capital and operations, investor relations and business development mentorship.

A little bit about me, I have co-founded and worked at various startups:

1. Deposits is a no-code Banking as a Service platform. I co-founded the company, grew the team from 4 to 30 people, and raised $5M in 2022.
2. Learning Machine, an open-source blockchain credentials issuing platform. I worked as a Biz Dev Manager expanding the LatAm market. Learning Machine sold to Hyland in 2020.
3. SnapRyde, a carpooling ridesharing platform for universities. I co-founded the company and expanded into three different states. Bootstrapped to 15K users MoM and 2K completed rides. Finally merging with Swifte, a competitor from California, and partnering with Waze Carpool.

I have a blog and newsletter called ‘Cafecito’ with the latest news, guides, tips, and resources for entrepreneurs and investors, investment memos, and trends in the industry.

In my early years, I worked for Bell Flight as an aerospace engineer and then moved to sales, focusing on the LatAm market, major achievement was to have won a $13M contract with the Chilean Air Force. I have also written and spoken about Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workforce, and more.
